This bread was delicious! I’ve been looking for good German bread in the states for ages, with very little luck.
The instructions were easy to follow and the end result was delicious! Only thing I wish would have been on the
instructions was maybe an inkling of how wet the dough should be when you’re forming the final loaf.
Ended turning out perfectly but I was just a little unsure in that last step.
